Deposit – Security Deposit – Cancellations – Final Cleaning
To confirm their booking from our website, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, which must be paid via bank transfer to the details that will be provided by email. The balance of the full amount due must be paid, also via bank transfer, within two days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the cancellation is made after this period, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of no-show, or early departure, the entire amount paid will be retained. The stay period is considered within the limits of the agreed dates. Therefore, please specify the dates of arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) respectively. The reservation will take effect once the due deposit amount has been credited: in such case, confirmation of the booking will be communicated. The price of the stay does NOT include the final cleaning for which a flat fee of €200.00 is requested.Upon arrival, a deposit (refundable at the end of the stay upon inspection by the authorized staff) amounting to 15% of the total stay cost will be requested. Should any damages to the property be found, the amount of the deposit will be withheld. If the value of the damage exceeds the deposited amount, the guest will be charged for the total cost of the damaged item or items.
Personal Data and Information
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 no. 196, all personal data of our Guests will be processed both through computer systems and manually, in order to fulfill fiscal obligations (issue invoices, record data, etc.) and provide the requested service. Once guests receive confirmation of the reservation, they must send a copy of each person's identification document for communication of presence to the competent police authorities. The tourist tax costs an extra €2.00 per person (over 12 years old) per night which must be paid with the final balance of what is due in total.
In accordance with current legislation on personal data protection (EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016), we wish to inform that the processing of Guests' personal data is carried out with fairness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting confidentiality and rights. The processing is also carried out with the aid of computer means for the following purposes:
to acquire and confirm your reservation and to provide the requested services. As these processes are necessary for defining the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, consent is not required, except in cases where special, so-called sensitive data is provided. Refusal to provide personal data will prevent us from confirming the reservation or providing the requested services. The processing will cease upon departure, but some personal data may or will need to continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;
to fulfill the obligation set by the "Consolidated Text of Public Security Laws" (Article 109 Royal Decree 18.6.1931 No. 773) which requires communicating to the Police Headquarters, for public security purposes, the personal details of Guests staying according to procedures established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree January 7, 2013). Providing data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and refusal to provide it will prevent us from hosting you in our facility. Data acquired for this purpose are not stored by us unless consent is provided for storage as indicated in point 4;
to comply with current administrative, accounting, and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing is carried out without needing to acquire consent. Data are processed by us and our representatives and are communicated externally only in fulfillment of legal obligations. Refusal to provide data necessary for the above-mentioned fulfillments will prevent us from providing the requested services. Data acquired for these purposes are stored by us for the time prescribed by respective regulations (10 years, and even beyond in case of tax assessments);
to speed up registration procedures in case of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, upon acquiring revocable consent at any time, data will be stored for a maximum period of 5 years and will be used when you are again our Guests for the purposes mentioned in previous points; we also wish to inform you that European regulations recognize certain rights, including the right to access and rectify, or to delete or limit or oppose processing, as well as the right to data portability, if and insofar as applicable (Articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016). It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority according to procedures established by current legislation.
